These guys are the best. Incredible staff and Michael Yadon gets work done! I won’t get my cars anywhere else but from them.
One of the best experiences with buying a car I've ever had. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Melissa, our sales agent, was amazing! She is very welcoming, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient, which made the whole car buying experience very pleasant. Definitely a great asset to the company. Financing was a breeze and them working with us to get the payment we wanted went smooth. And so far the car we purchased has been great! No complaints from us at all. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
After weeks of auto shopping after my car was totaled, Mark at Campbell Nissan offered to help me. Super calm and polite, easy to work with especially as i had a lot of questions;) I told him what i needed and a few days later he had something for me and within a short time in office it was finished, just waiting on My Mechanic to check it over, this took a few days but Mark was patient, and took that time to detail my new car while I waited.
My experience at this dealership was much like a group of friends coming together to take care of me. From the lovely receptionist , to all the guys out on the car lot and to Micah in the Financial department, and my many calls and text with Mark … I bought a really nice older Ford Focus hatchback really well maintained and cared for by the previous owner.
I’ve already recommended this Dealership to others. I will definitely be returning for my next auto needs.
This was by far, the best car buying experience I've had in years! My salesperson, Jeff Weaver, had the Nissan Rogue ready for me to test drive. We were able to discuss the sales terms and get right to the buying process. EVERYONE from Salesperson Jeff, to the Sales Manager, the Finance Manager, the Service folks, as well as the other sales-folks, everyone did their best to provide the best car buying experience. I am thrilled with my Nissan Rogue purchase. I am thrilled with the maintenance and upkeep options that I will have keeping this Nissan Rogue in tip top condition and running for as long as I want to drive it!! Thank you, Campbell Nissan for the FANTASTIC buying experience at your dealership!!!
Best place to buy a car, my Spanish-speaking family was helped by Jonathan Moreno, who was very kind to my family, he also helped us and more so with my mom who had more than a thousand questions, he always made us laugh, he explain very well the price and all the finances on the car. I recommend coming to this dealership because all the people are very friendly and they will help you with every question you have. SALUDOS A JONATHAN 🇲🇽🇵🇪
Not where you wanna go to buy a car!!!! I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue from Campbell Nissan on August 11th. Christian was my car salesman. That first experience it was great but little did I know I would be conned into purchasing a lemon. So exactly one week after purchasing the car, I get into the car about to head to work and the car won’t start. I called Christian and let him know what was going on and he told me to call Nissan Roadside Assistance. After letting him know I couldn’t get the text link to work for me, Christian had the car towed to their service department for me. The car… which again is a 2021 Nissan Rogue… apparently needed a new battery. The service department tries to charge me for that whenever I go to pick up the car. I tell them I’m not going to because I’ve driven the car for less than a week. They don’t charge me but a few days later… another issue with the car. This time, all kinds of lights are popping up on the car and it’s saying Malfunction See Owners Manual. Then it starts making this weird noise, randomly starts dying and the RPM jumps from 0 all the way up to 2 or 3 while in park. I take it back to the service department. They give me a loaner to drive this time around which is also a 2021 Nissan Rogue with about 3,000 less miles on it than the one I purchased has. I text Christian and ask him if I could possibly just look into getting the loaner instead of the car I purchased because there is clearly something wrong with it. He says he’s have to talk to his manager but he didn’t think he would go for it. I don’t hear anything about that again. No one calls me for a week… so I finally call them because IT HAS BEEN A WEEK. I call and speak to a manager because I was told Christian is out of town. I tell the sales manager… I’m not sure what his name is… I wish I did because he was AWFUL that I no longer wanted the vehicle because I didn’t feel comfortable with purchasing something with so many issues. He tells WORD FOR WORD “okay well this isn’t Walmart… you can’t just return it.” Then when I tell him it’s a lemon he tells me there are no lemon laws in Oklahoma… this is how they con people! After I start to get a little loud with him because I’m so frustrated he transfers me… without saying a word to the service department. I look up Oklahoma Lemon Laws to see if what he was saying was true and it is. So there’s nothing I can do except take the car… I go to pick it back up from the service department and they try to charge me AGAIN. I have to tell them once AGAIN that I am not paying for these repairs. They zero out the bill but the gas is so low it doesn’t even show how many miles until empty. I talk to someone with the service department and let them know I have three kids with me and cannot be broke down on the side of the road and that they need to put at least enough gas in it to make it to the gas station and they refuse. My kids are 6, 4 and 1 and it’s 100 degrees outside. At this point… I’m tired of arguing because I’m sitting in the car wasting gas that I don’t have! So I just leave. Christian really saw me come into that dealership at 8pm with three little girls… knowing I needed a reliable car and sold me a lemon. I just don’t understand how people are so money hungry that they no longer care about morals. They all did me so wrong. I just got the car back today so I don’t know if these issues are resolved or not but I will update if anything goes wrong with this POS. Picture is of all the lights.
Update: the car broke down again. 3rd time in 31 days. I called the service department and told them what was going on. I ended up walking to the dealer. They got my car jumped and drove it back. They had me sit in the waiting area for over an hour waiting on a loaner. After a hour and a half, I got my own Uber and left. They brought me a loaner about 4 hours later. It’s been 8 days and I still have the loaner and received no updates on my car.
The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kenny and Nicky were wonderful to deal with, up front and honest. Very satisfied with my purchase!
Worked out a price in a vehicle and trade in value for mine. Sales manager took 3 hours to dance around a deal we already agreed on, when it was finely time to sign finance paperwork he has changed the price of the vehicle. Ended up walking away, they didn’t even try to salvage the deal the next day. Not trust worthy at all. If you feel the need to do business here make sure you carefully read the finance paperwork they are showing you.
Update: after a day they called me they agreed to do a deal on the terms we originally agreed to. Can’t give them a great rating but they did finely honor the deal, so I will would give them a solid 2.5 stars.
